A method for opening of lower layers in acting deep pit includes placing on its non-working surface of inclined belt conveyor together with the primary crusher placed at transfer point for transportation of mined rock by dump trucks from faces in the working area of the pit. In the process of processing of the first lower layers, mined rock is transported to crusher by dump trucks. The first separate section of the main steeply inclined belt conveyor is placed at the non-working end of the pit along its slopes and its unloading end is connected to the primary crusher by a feeder with simultaneous formation of transfer point with a pick-and-place device and storage hopper as the lower layers of pit open. Then each storage hopper is loaded with a mined rock by dump trucks at the same time auxiliary belt-cart conveyor is placed towards the working area of the pit at the slopes of underlying horizons and the main belt-cart conveyor in the process of mining deepening is supplemented with additional sections. After that, the auxiliary conveyor is moved to the underlying horizon, connecting with the corresponding additional section of the main conveyor, and in this way the mined rock is continuously transported with alternate addition of sections to the main conveyor and moving down auxiliary conveyor to the design depth of the pit. |
