PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent saving of the electricity charge from being lowered.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge control program allows a computer to execute processing to generate a charge/discharge plan regarding charge/discharge control to a rechargeable battery in which the electricity charge and deterioration of the rechargeable battery are made to be smaller by solving the optimization problem of an object function in which the electricity charge and deterioration of the rechargeable battery are made to be the smallest, on the basis of a demand forecast of power supplied from a power system in which the electricity charge in accordance with use is generated and the rechargeable battery to be charged with power supplied by the power system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
