PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system, an operation control device, and a remote operation device capable of performing remote automatic operation even when the reception of a control signal by a control object vehicle from the remote operation device is delayed due to the deterioration of a communication state between the remote operation device and the vehicle.SOLUTION: In an operation control system in which a remote operation device 200 performs radio communication with an operation control device 300 of a vehicle to perform the operation control of the vehicle, the remote operation device 200 includes transmission means 207 for transmitting a signal including time information, and the operation control device 300 includes: a clock part 302; reception means 301 for receiving a signal including the time information from the remote operation device 200; calculation means 305 for calculating the delayed time of the radio communication from the time information and the time of the clock part 302; and control means 306 for changing the operation control of the vehicle from normal control to safety control when the delayed time is not less than a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
