PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system that makes convenience excellent and has improved security.SOLUTION: An information communication system includes a mobile terminal device comprising a display unit for displaying image data, and an image processing device capable of connecting to the mobile terminal device via a network. The mobile terminal device and image processing device are able to perform NFC communication with each other. The image processing device comprises an image processing device control unit that performs control so as to permit access to a URL accepted by an access request reception unit (S24) if a determination unit determines that ID data received by the access request reception unit accords with ID data stored in an image processing device storage unit (YES at S23).
