PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration, for a steam superheating system comprising a plurality of steam superheating devices, capable of preventing a temperature reduction when increasing the number of the steam superheating devices to superheat steam and stably supplying superheated steam to a loading device.SOLUTION: A steam superheating system 1 comprises: a plurality of heaters 20 respectively connected to a downstream side of a plurality of branch steam supply lines 12; steam regulating valves 14; drain lines 15; steam traps 16; a plurality of superheated steam lines 41 with upstream edges thereof respectively connected to the plurality of heaters 20; a superheated stream convergence line 42 which converges the superheated steam lines 41; and a heater quantity control section 60. The heater quantity control section 60 has a valve control section 63 to close the steam regulating valve 14 installed on the branched steam supply line 12 connected to the heater 20 which is not selected as the heater 20 to perform superheating operation by a quantity setting section 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
