A cell attaching apparatus and a cell attaching method using the apparatus are provided to maintain flexible objects in a rigid shape using a first jig and a second jig matched with each other, and easily attach the flexible objects to each other. A cell attaching apparatus(1) includes a first jig(100) and a second jig(200). The first jig includes a first body(110), a first support(150) which is extended from the first body and supports a first object and a first matching part(130). The second jig includes a second body(210), a second support(250) which is extended from the second body and supports a second object, and a second matching part(230).
