PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid device which has long service life and can suppress noise during operation.SOLUTION: A lid device of a material tank in a bread maker comprises: lid means 3 which is supported pivotally by pivoting means 4 so as to be switched between a sealing position and an opening position; crank means 5 for rotating the pivoting means 4; and a reciprocating motor 6 for driving the crank means 5. The crank means 5 includes: a rotary disk 51 which is driven in a reciprocating manner in opposite rotation directions by the reciprocating motor with a predetermined rotary shaft; and an interlocking shaft 521 whose both end parts are connected pivotally to the rotary disk 51 and the pivoting means 4. When the rotary disk 51 is driven in the reciprocating manner in two rotation directions by actuating the reciprocating motor 6, the lid means 3 can be switched between the sealing position and the opening position by transmission between the interlocking shaft 521 and the pivoting means 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
