PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like side wall member excellent in heat insulation, enabling construction in a short time and simply, and capable of suppressing heat strain of a heating furnace.SOLUTION: A plate-like side wall member 10 is a member for forming a part of a side wall of a consecutive type heating furnace, and contains a plate-like heat insulation material 11 and a metal plate 12 reinforcing the outer periphery of the plate-like heat insulation material 11. In the plate-like side wall member 10, suitably, the metal plate 12 covers the side surface of the plate-like heat insulation material 11, and its end parts is folded to a main surface side of the plate-like heat insulation material 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
