PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking utensil with which anyone can neatly fillet a fish everywhere and easily, though filleting the fish needs a very sharp kitchen knife and an advanced technique and cannot be done by everyone and the kitchen knife is inconvenient to carry and the fish caught in the place to go for fishing or the like cannot be filleted easily.SOLUTION: An invented cooking utensil has: a cylindrical handle part 1 opening at both ends; a blade 6 which is inserted into the handle part 1, can slide in the handle part 1, is formed with a knife part 4 at an end and a spatula part 5 at the other end; and a fixture capable of fastening at least a part of the blade 6 at a desired position in the handle part 1. Anyone can neatly filet the fish by peeling the fish flesh from the fishbone with the spatula part 5 mainly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
