According to the present invention, a pull-in winch system including a position correcting unit comprises: a winch drum winding a rope on the outer surface while receiving rotational power from a power generator and rotating; a guide unit guiding the winding position of the rope by linearly reciprocating in the longitudinal direction of the winch drum; and a position correcting unit making a position of the guide unit correctable by sensing a position error of the guide unit through a change of pressure applied to the guide unit by the rope. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing a fault rate of the entire pull-in winch system by minutely adjusting the position of the guide unit.
