PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method and an information processing program which can provide popularity information based on appropriate purchase information.SOLUTION: The information processing device identifies a request race, among a plurality of races, for which popularity information showing popularity of a plurality of race targets participated in the match is required. The information processing device generates popularity information on the basis of, among a plurality of pieces of purchase information stored in association with race identification information on the request race in storage means, purchase information not meeting the condition of purchase information reducing usefulness of popularity information as a reference for predicting a result of the request race.
