The invention relates to a valve, in particular for a device for the metered supply of a fuel evaporated out of the fuel tank of a motor vehicle to a combustion process in an internal combustion engine driving the motor vehicle, having a sealing surface (16), a valve seat (15) enclosing a valve opening (14) and a valve member (17) interacting with the valve seat (15) to close and release the valve opening (14) having a seal (18) which can be positioned on the sealing surface (16). According to the invention, a material pairing of pure fluorosilicone on the one hand and polytetrafluoroethylene or polyether ether ketone on the other hand is made to produce a resistance of the valve to fuel wetting and long service life for the seal (18) and the sealing surface (16). |
