PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, there is an optical alarm device for intermittently emitting strong light by flash emission, because when a person who should evacuate during occurrence of emergency, has hearing impairment, an alarm device for notifying of emergency by acting a sense other than audibility, such as using light, is desired, but, when the surrounding person surrounding the optical alarm device views directly the strong light, their eyes may be damaged, and the damage to their eyes may affect to quick evacuation from fire disaster.SOLUTION: A notice operation is performed before actuating the optical alarm device, for evocation of paying attention to alarm light emission by flash emission, so that people surrounding the optical alarm device are prevented from unnecessary receiving affection of the optical alarm device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
