PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated delivery label which can be reliably separated without damage.SOLUTION: Among slits 52A to 52C which are provided on lower paper 13 and peel a separation peeling piece 53 integrally to a second slip part 27, formation position of the slits 52B, 52C is so formed as to be different from formation position of the slits 33A, 33B which separate the second slip part 27 and excess pieces 28A, 28B from each other. After the separation peeling piece and the second slip part are peeled from the overlapped lower paper 13, the second slip part 27 and the separation peeling piece 53 are so folded along a folding line 24A that the second slip part and the separation peeling piece are accommodated in an area of a first information description part (forward delivery slip 25, forward transmission slip 26) on a rear surface side of a first slip part 21 and are bonded to a delivery object. After delivery, the first information description part is separated, and the appeared second slip part 27 is separated together with the separation peeling piece 53 along cut lines 24B, 24C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
