PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model animal suitable for the use to an evaluation system of drugs, the model animal for early developing a state of disease of the chronic and progressive interstitial pneumonia, and provide its application.SOLUTION: A method is provided for creating an interstitial pneumonia model animal showing a chronic and progressive state of disease comprises the following steps; (1) a step of performing treatment for guiding a joint pain to a transgenic non-human mammal in which the DNA selected from a group comprising MHC class II transcriptional activation gene, an active region of the MHC class II transcriptional activation gene, and a mutant of the MHC class II transcriptional activation gene (where a master switch function for controlling expression of the MHC class II genetic cluster is provided) holds the exogenous DNA disposed under the control of the type II collagen promoter in a homo-type, and (2) a step of crushing microbubbles by applying the ultrasonic wave from the outside after administering a bleomycin mixed with the microbubbles in the lung cavity of the transgenic non-human mammal after the step (1).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
