PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition capable of achieving both of rubber hardness and filler dispersibility after vulcanization.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition by blending terminal alkoxysilyl group-containing organosilane having a filler and a thiol group or a thioether group as a filler dispersion improver and both terminal alkoxysilyl group-containing organic bissilane having two monosulfide groups with a rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: None
