PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor including a waterproof cap capable of protecting a connector exposed to the external of a housing, from external impact shock, and preventing intrusion of a liquid into the connector.SOLUTION: A compressor including a compression mechanism, a housing accommodating the compression mechanism inside thereof, and a connector 13 for a flow rate sensor as a connector for harness disposed in a state of being exposed from the housing, further includes a waterproof cap 17 fitted to the connector 13 for the flow rate sensor, the waterproof cap 17 includes a cap body portion 18, a waterproof portion 19 projecting from the cap body portion 18 and inserted into the connector 13 for the flow rate sensor to prevent intrusion of water component to the inside, buffer portions 21, 22 covering at least a part of an exposed face of the connector 13 for the flow rate sensor and buffering external force added to the connector 13 for the flow rate sensor, and a supporting portion 20 disposed between the connector 13 for the flow rate sensor and a muffler housing 11 for supporting the external force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
