PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft coupling that can easily connect rotating shafts even if a misalignment between axes of the rotating shafts is large.SOLUTION: A shaft coupling comprises: a wheel part 4 that is connected to an end part of a driving shaft 2 and rotates together with the driving shaft 2; pulleys 5 and 6 that are supported by the wheel part 4; and a belt 10. The belt 10 includes: an annular part 10f that surrounds the pulley 5 and the pulley 6; and an extending part 10g that extends from the annular part 10f. The extending part 10g is wound around a driven shaft 3. When the driving shaft 2 rotates in the direction of an arrow 51, a rotating force is transmitted to the driven shaft 3 via the belt 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
