PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning with stable emulsification, including a lauric oil such as coconut oil.SOLUTION: The emulsified liquid seasoning comprises a lauric oil and a transesterified oil which contains a medium chain fatty acid as constituent fatty acid, at a mass ratio of 1:4 to 1:35.
