PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy method of manufacturing a ceramics package, the corners of which do not collide at the time of breaking, and to provide a method of manufacturing a light-emitting device using that ceramics package.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a ceramics package has a step for forming a groove 340 in a green sheet 300 by means of an edge tool 500 having a flat part 510, a convex part 520 continuous to the flat part 510, and a pointed tip blade 530 continuous to the convex part 520, a step for firing the green sheet 300 in which the groove 340 is formed, and a step for dividing the green sheet subjected to firing, by folding in valley across the groove 340.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
