PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress lowering of work efficiency at each allocation destination of plural pieces of processing that is requested using a plural-entry type check.SOLUTION: A controller 100 receives image data of a plural-entry type check 110. The controller 100 performs character recognition by an OCR to acquire character data for each of a plurality of characters that a requester wrote in the plural-entry type check 110 based on the image data of the plural-entry type check 110. The controller 100 calculates a character recognition rate of receiver information written in each of the plurality of receiver information entry columns of the plural-entry type check 110. The controller 100 controls allocation destination of transfer processing corresponding to the receiver information written in each of the plurality of the receiver information entry columns based on the character recognition rate of the receiver information written in each of the plurality of receiver information entry columns.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
