PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ferrite powder for a bonded magnet with which a ferrite bonded magnet having excellent flowability and a high BHcan be manufactured even if an F.C.value in a compound is increased and which has a value of p-iHc suitable for its application, a method of manufacturing the ferrite powder, and a ferrite bonded magnet using the ferrite powder for a bonded magnet.SOLUTION: There is provided ferrite powder for a bonded magnet that has following characteristics acquired by dry laser diffraction measurement: an average particle diameter equal to or less than 5 μm; specific surface equal to or more than 1.90 m/g and less than 2.80 m/g; compression density equal to or more than 3.50 g/cmand less than 3.78 g/cm; and coercive force of green compact equal to or more than 2300Oe and less than 2800Oe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
