PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having the easiness of self alignment in mounting and a sufficient strength of welding between an anode wire and an anode terminal.SOLUTION: A solid electrolytic capacitor 100 of the present invention comprises: an anode body 1 arranged by forming a dielectric layer, an electrolyte layer and a cathode layer on a surface of a sintered compact made of a valve metal; a capacitor element 3 having an anode wire 2 led out from the anode body 1; an anode terminal 4 connected to the anode wire 2; a cathode terminal 7 connected to the cathode layer; and an exterior resin 8. The anode terminal 4 has a mounting part 5, and an upstanding part 6 upstanding from the mounting part 5 toward the anode wire 2 of the capacitor element 3. The upstanding part 6 is formed to have a welding face 9 of which the length corresponding to the length of an end side of the upstanding part on the side of the anode wire 2 is longer than the length on the side of the mounting part 5, and is longer than the width of the anode wire 2 connected to the upstanding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
