PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment data processing system which collectively receives bill issuance request data and electronic recording credit generation recording request data, and promotes the transition of a payment bill to an electronic recording credit.SOLUTION: A payment data processing system comprises: payment data acceptance means 409 that extracts bill issuance request data from payment data; transition candidate data generation means 410 that transmits, with respect to a payee contained in the bill issuance request data extracted, a user information collation request to an electronic credit recording institution system, specifies the user number corresponding to the payee on the basis of the collation result data, and registers transition candidate data in a transition candidate data storage section; bill issuance request data processing means 412 that deletes the transition candidate data from the bill issuance request data and converting the bill issuance request data into a data format that can be accepted by a bill issuance system and transmitting the converted data; and transition candidate data processing means 413 that generates, on the basis of the transition candidate data storage section 408, payment data in a standard format of the electronic credit recording institution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
