PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently take a tour of all communication devices that cannot communicate.SOLUTION: A communication system comprises: communication devices for communicating a message by store-and-forward communication; a mobile communication device; and a management device for determining a communication device which will be a movement destination of the mobile communication device. Reliability is set to each communication device, and each communication device transmits a message to an adjacent upper-level device, an adjacent communication device having reliability higher than the reliability of itself. The management device finds distance between the mobile communication device and an isolated upper-most device, a communication device having the highest reliability of a communication isolated aggregation, and determines the movement destination so as to preferentially move to a communication device in an isolated aggregation of which the distance is short.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
