PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module that is easy to manufacture, is capable of suppressing an electric loss, and makes it easy to improve integration density.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion module is configured so as to have a bellows-shaped (accordion-shaped) structure in which n-type thermoelectric conversion materials 1 and p-type thermoelectric conversion materials 2 are alternately connected repeatedly twice or more, electrodes 3 are provided on at least both ends, and junctions between the n-type thermoelectric conversion materials 1 and p-type thermoelectric conversion materials 2 are bent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
