PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method and cutting equipment, which enable proper cutting to be performed depending on deformation of a workpiece material, without tilting a processing head of a cutting device.SOLUTION: A cutting method includes the steps of: installing a workpiece material on a bed; measuring the deformation of the workpiece material on the bed; tilting the bed by a predetermined amount in a predetermined direction so that proper cutting can be performed on the basis of the deformation of the workpiece material; and subsequently cutting the workpiece material by cutting equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
