摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently increase a mechanical strength without worsening a magnetic property in the case of manufacturing a powder-compact magnetic core with powder for a magnetic core which is arranged by coating soft magnetic metal powder with a swelling lamellar clay mineral.SOLUTION: A powder-compact magnetic core 5 is formed by the steps of: mixing powder for a magnetic core arranged by covering the surface of soft magnetic metal powder 2 with an insulating coat 3 of a swelling lamellar clay mineral, and a resin having a siloxane bond, thereby producing raw material powder for a magnetic core; compacting the raw material powder for a magnetic core into a green compact; and performing a heat treatment on the green compact. In the raw material powder for a magnetic core, the content of the resin is 0.1 to less than 7 wt%.
