PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensor module which enhances detection accuracy.SOLUTION: A photosensor module 1 includes a translucent substrate 2 having an upper surface 21 and a lower surface 22, a sensitive part 5 arranged on the upper surface 21 of the translucent substrate 2, a light-emitting part 3 emitting light incident to the sensitive part 5 via the translucent substrate 2, and a light-receiving part 4 receiving the light reflecting on the boundary of the sensitive part 5 and translucent substrate 2. The lower surface 22 of the translucent substrate 2 has a first region 221 located at the outer edge, and directing the light reflected on the boundary toward the light-receiving part 4. The translucent substrate 2 has an outer shape for reflecting the light, incident from the sensitive part 5 and reflecting therefrom, on the first side face 23 of the translucent substrate 2 and advancing directly through the translucent substrate 2 over the first region 221.
