PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a reference optical path in a device for measuring concentration by a TDLAS method.SOLUTION: In a device for measuring concentration by a TDLAS method, arithmetic means obtains, from an absorption signal, the concentration of a target substance using an equation for finding concentration or a table. Extraction means extracts a signal corresponding to a drive signal from a light-receiving signal during measurement. Initial value storage means stores, on the basis of the extracted signal, the size α of an initial signal that corresponds to a specific element constituting the drive signal at a point of time when the equation for finding concentration or the table is determined. Change calculation means calculates a change between the size α of the initial signal and the size β of the measured signal that is extracted. Correction means corrects the concentration of the target substance on the basis of the change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
