PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a zinc-based electric plating steel sheet excellent in fingerprint resistance and whiteness as plating.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a zinc-based electric plating steel sheet for forming a zinc-based electric plating layer on a surface of a raw material steel sheet by electrolyzing with the raw material steel sheet as a cathode in a zinc-containing plating bath, the zinc-containing plating bath contains Zn of 0.2 mol/L or more and W of 0.05 to 1 mol/L with the Fe content of 0.2 mol/L or less and the Ni content of 0.1 mol/L or less and the raw material steel sheet is cathode electrolyzed with relative flow rate of 0.5 m/sec or more in the zinc-containing plating bath.SELECTED DRAWING: None
