PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic book data creation device and an electronic book data creation method, which are can easily and efficiently create new high-accurate electronic book data by decomposing one electronic book into a plurality of electronic book data and joining a plurality of electronic book data which are selected from the decomposed electronic book data.SOLUTION: When the creation of electronic book data is not started from a starting point arrangement side at separate-volume collection and one-volume collection, and when there exists a point which is not paired with left and right sides, a dummy page is inserted in to the point. When collecting three pieces of electronic book data of EPUB1, EPUB2, and EPUB3 (electronic book data at a one-volume collection origin) into one volume, a dummy page (dmy1) is inserted into a point which is paired with each front page as front page correction, and the front page is paired with the dummy page without fail. Furthermore, in the EPUB1, since the final page L3 is not paired with left and right sides, a dummy page (dmy2) is inserted into a right side point which is paired with the L3 as a final page correction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
