PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller which provides the transfer conditions for reducing the possibility of poor mounting position of a component in a substrate, when the component holding force by a holder is reduced.SOLUTION: A controller has holding force measurement means for measuring the holding force, i.e., a force for holding a component, and outputting the holding force information indicating the holding force, and condition determination means for outputting transfer conditions, where the transfer setting was adjusted, depending on the holding force information and the air resistance that is received by the component at least when being transferred, based on the component information, i.e., the information about the component, and the transfer setting including the information of the provisions of transfer conditions that can be adjusted when transferring the component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
