PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle control device with a heat radiation coating film capable of efficiently radiating heat from a high temperature part such as a heating element to a casing.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle control device with a heat radiation coating film is provided with: a first area 302a having a first interface 305 where the heat radiation coating film comes in contact with a base material 301; and a second area 302b having a second interface 306 where the heat radiation coating film comes in contact with air. Heat conductivity of the first area is higher than the heat conductivity of the second area, and thermal emissivity of the second area is higher than the thermal emissivity of the first area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
