PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning medium suction unit that can easily suck even a flaky cleaning medium with no blockage and contribute to a performance improvement.SOLUTION: When compressed air is jet with an air gun 10 toward a returnable case 4 serving as the cleaning object mounted on the top in a cleaning tank, the interior of a transportation pipe 18 turns depressurized to cause a cleaning medium 22 stored in a hopper 16 to be sucked and jetted out of the air gun 10. The cleaning medium 22 striking on the returnable case 4 drops down to the hopper 16 and is sucked up again. A cleaning medium suction unit 14 has a diaphragm to be loaded with the dropped cleaning medium, an oscillation source that gives oscillation to the diaphragm, a suction pipe having a gap between the oscillation source and the top face of the diaphragm, and a suction pipe feeding air into the laminar cleaning medium. The cleaning medium in a layer state rises up by diaphragm oscillation and is sucked out of the suction pipe and supplied to the air gun 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
