PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing unit, a detection apparatus and a program capable of precisely detecting an object operation based on a sensor signal of low frequency non-sinusoidal wave and capable of improving the efficiency in the object operation detection processing.SOLUTION: A detection apparatus 1 includes a sensor 11 and a signal processing unit 12. An analysis part 12d of the signal processing unit 12 applies an autoregression model to a sensor signal for an analysis period, and sequentially performs an analysis processing to obtain an autoregression coefficient vector while displacing the analysis period by one shift period and sets a shift time which is shorter than the time of the analysis period. A recognition part 12f determines the existence of the object operation by collating the autoregression coefficient vector with a reference data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
