The present invention relates to a heat exchanger (10) having pipes (14, 16, 18) carrying a first medium (12) and a rib arrangement (20) which is connected to at least one of the pipes (14, 16, 18) in a heat conductive manner. Said rib arrangement is arranged in a medium guide (22) for a second medium (24) so that the rib arrangement (20) can be flown through by the second medium (24), wherein an electrical heating layer (26) is applied in a planar manner on a surface (28) of the rib arrangement (20). The present invention further relates to a heating device comprising such a heat exchanger and to a motor vehicle comprising such a heating device. |
