The present invention provides a conductive material with which excellent conduction reliability can be obtained for an oxide layer. This conductive material contains conductive particles that are provided with resin core particles (10), a plurality of insulating particles (20) being arranged on the surface of the resin core particles (10) and forming protrusions 30a, and a conductive layer (30) being disposed on the surface of the resin core particles (10) and the insulating particles (20), wherein the Mohs' hardness of the insulating particles (20) is greater than 7. Due to this, the conductive particles break through an electrode surface oxide layer and penetrate sufficiently, and excellent conduction reliability is obtained. |
