A door lock system according to the present invention comprises: a door lock controlling the opening/closing of an entrance/exit door of a building; a user terminal having a key management application installed thereon for storing and managing encryption key information which may control the opening/closing of the entrance/exit door through communication with the door lock; a payment server for paying the usage fee or the rent of the building; and a management server transmitting, updating, sharing, approving the use of, extending the use of, stopping the use of, or discarding the encryption key information by connecting with the payment server and the key management application. Through the present invention, the opening/closing of a door lock is controlled according to whether a rent or a usage fee is payed, thereby enabling the indirect forcing of payment of a rent or a usage fee by a tenant or a user, thereby enabling effective lease management. |
