The invention relates to a turbine, in particular a steam turbine, comprising a housing (12) which has an inlet (14) for a working medium, an outlet (16) for the working medium and a flow region (18) arranged axially therebetween, and a rotatably mounted rotor (20) oriented in the axial direction (A) having a blading (22-1, 22-2) in the flow region (18), wherein the turbine (10) on the axial side of the inlet (14) facing away from the flow region (18) comprises at least one pressure equalization structure (30) through which a part of the admitted working medium can flow, from which at least one equalization line (50-1, 50-2) leads away and opens (52-1, 52-2) into the flow region (18). According to the invention, the equalization line (50-1, 50-2) is equipped with a valve device (54-1) which inhibits a flow to the pressure equalization structure (30) through the equalization line (50-1, 50-2) in the direction away from the flow region (18). |
