Provided are a method and apparatus for optimizing a neighbour cell list. The method includes: a base station determining a neighbour cell ordering weight value used for ordering neighbour cells by utilizing switching data of one or more first neighbour cells sent by a terminal, field intensity data of the one or more first neighbour cells sent by the terminal, pre-stored longitude and latitude data of the base station and the one or more first neighbour cells, and pre-stored relative angle values between the base station and the one or more first neighbour cells; and optimizing a neighbour cell list of the base station according to the neighbour cell ordering weight value. By means of the present invention, the problem in the relevant art that the optimization accuracy of the neighbour cell list is relatively low is solved, and an effect of improving the optimization accuracy of the neighbour cell list is further achieved. |
