摘要 An anti-icing wind power blade and a blade deicing and heating method. The anti-icing wind power blade comprises a wind turbine blade. An anti-icing heating device is disposed in the wind turbine blade. The anti-icing heating device consists of an air heating system and an electric heating system in combination. The two systems are independent from each other without mutual interference and separately or simultaneously heat the wind turbine blade. The air heating system and the electric heating system are both disposed in the wind turbine blade. The air heating system comprises an air heating control cabinet (5) and an air heating device. The electric heating system comprises an electric heating control cabinet (17) and an electric heating element (13). The wind turbine blade is divided into a leading edge and a trailing edge by a leading edge web (15) and a trailing edge web (11). The air heating device is disposed in the trailing edge, the electric heating element (13) is disposed on the outer surface of the leading edge of the blade, and the air heating control cabinet (5) and the electric heating control cabinet (17) are disposed at a blade root. The device is provided with the air heating system and the electric heating system, the air heating system can be automatically started for heating when a fault occurs in the electric heating system, and the use is not interrupted during maintenance, thereby improving use efficiency.
