Provided are: a disposable garment that has an improved appearance and in which leakage of urine and the like is unlikely to occur; and an absorbent body. The disposable garment (1) is characterized by the provision of: a torso attachment section (30) that is attached around the torso of a wearer (P); elastic members (17, 17a, 171, 172) that are capable of pressing an absorbent core (13) for absorbing bodily waste toward the body side by elastic force, said absorbent core (13) being arranged in at least a part of an area that extends from the front part toward the rear part of the torso attachment section (30) across the inseam of the wearer (P); and an outer body (20) that is arranged on the exterior of the torso attachment section (30) and the elastic members (17, 17a, 171, 172) and that has formed therein a torso opening section (21) in the upper section thereof and leg opening sections (22) in the lower section thereof. |
