The clamp (30) has a shell (40) fixable to a conduit member and comprising a closure element (42) for closing a section of a pipe. A viscoelastic material is contained in the shell for absorbing vibration, where the clamp is fixed to a selected section of the conduit member to a length less than length of the section of the pipe and is not fixed on the entire length of the pipe. The shell is provided with a fastener that comprises a threaded rod, where the rod is connected to an insert in the shell. The closure element is provided with a clip or a screw. An independent claim is also included for a drain system. |
