The connecting portion (60) between the first connecting bus bar (31a) and the first branching bus bar (41a) is provided at a position lower than the height at which the first main bus bars (11a), (21a) extend, and a grounding switch (52a) is provided above the connecting portion (60) between the first connecting bus bar (31a) and the first branching bus bar (41a).
