摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing and sintering a spherical oxide particle prepared by pyrolyzing an ADU gel which is an intermediate material for manufacturing a nuclear fuel. Provided is an apparatus of preparing a spherical oxide sintered particle, comprising: a reactor which reduces and sinters the spherical oxide particle by inserting the particle thereinto; a gas incoming unit which supplies a reaction gas into the reactor; a gas outlet unit which emits the reaction gas from the reactor; a heating unit disposed on the outer circumferential face of the reactor; a reactor rotation unit which rotates the reactor; and a connection unit which connects the reactor and the gas incoming unit or the gas outlet unit. Furthermore, in reducing and sintering a spherical oxide particle prepared by pyrolyzing an ADU gel which is an intermediate material for manufacturing a nuclear fuel using high temperature gas or ultrahigh temperature gas, the apparatus of manufacturing a spherical oxide sintered particle comprises a high temperature rotation type reactor supplementing an existing sintering furnace which has the oxide particle reacted in a static state, and may perform a reaction at high temperatures while the reactor rotates by including the high temperature rotation type reactor. In addition, the apparatus improves contact efficiency with the reaction gas as the particle in the reactor flows. Furthermore, by introducing a coupling unit and a buffer unit as a connection unit for connecting the rector and the gas incoming unit or the gas outlet unit, the reaction gas leakage can be blocked in the first place and the damage to the reactor can be prevented.
