The present invention relates to a maintenance device for dry cracks in a concrete bridge structure and, more specifically, to a maintenance device for dry cracks in a concrete bridge structure, which is improved to rapidly repair cracks in a bridge structure using a crack repairing agent and a shot blast. The maintenance device for dry cracks in a concrete bridge structure comprises: a device housing (100); casters (130) which are installed in the bottom corners of the device housing (100); a pair of lift motors (150) which are installed on the inner bottom surface of the device housing (100); ball screws (160) which are connected to the motor shafts of the lift motors (150); a base frame (F) of which both sides are fitted to the ball screws (160); and an air current generator (200) which is fixed to the top surface of the base frame (F).
