The invention relates to a device (1) for eliminating a clearance in a hole of an element, comprising tightening means (27) with a first (29) and a second (31) complementary parts, wherein:
- the first part (29) of the tightening means (27) is able to be mounted in the hole (2) for eliminating the clearance when tightening, and
- the second part (31) of the tightening means (27) is able to secure the first part (29) to a bracket (18) by rotating. According to the invention:
- the first part (29) of the tightening means (27) has a substantially conical outer shape able to be inserted in a corresponding aperture (35) of the bracket (18), and
- the first (29) and second (31) parts of the tightening means (27) are provided with a predetermined friction force between first and second parts (29, 31), so that by rotating the second part (31) rotates the first part (29) of the tightening means (27) until the first part (29) eliminates the clearance in the hole and locks in the bracket (18) aperture (35). The invention also relates to corresponding door hinge and assembling method.
