The present invention relates to a nanophotothermal element array for sterilization treatment and a method thereof. The nanophotothermal element array for sterilization treatment comprises: a substrate; and a nanophotothermal material arranged on the substrate. The nanophotothermal element array for sterilization treatment is capable of performing sterilization treatment by photothermal conversion due to light irradiation. In addition, a method for manufacturing the nanophotothermal element array for sterilization treatment is capable of manufacturing the nanophotothermal element array in which a nanophotothermal material is arranged on a substrate whose surface is modified by using a micro-space convective assembly method (confined convective assembly). According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a nanophotothermal element array for sterilization treatment is capable of manufacturing a nanophotothermal material for sterilization treatment having the excellent photothermal conversion efficiency as a nanorod is vertically standing and arranged by quickly manufacturing a nanophotothermal element array and adjusting the density of the arranged nanophotothermal material by using a micro-space convective assembly method. In addition, a sterilization treatment system, according to the present invention, is capable of quickly heating a liquid and obtaining excellent sterilization at the same time by using heat generated through photothermal conversion, thereby having a performance suitable for continuous sterilization treatment of a liquid. |
