The present invention provides an electro-acoustic transducer and an electronic apparatus to easily obtain a desired frequency characteristic. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electro-acoustic transducer (earphones (100)) comprises: an enclosure (41); a piezoelectric sounding body (32); an electronic sounding body (31); and a passage unit (35). The piezoelectric sounding body (32) comprises; a vibration plate (321) including a peripheral part directly and indirectly supported by the enclosure (41); and a piezoelectric element (322) arranged on at least one surface of the vibration plate (321). The piezoelectric sounding body partitions the inside of the enclosure (41) into first and second space parts (S1,S2). The electronic sounding body (31) is arranged in the first space part (S1). The passage unit (35) is installed in or around the piezoelectric sounding body (32), and communicates between the first and second space parts (S1,S2). |
